Hello
We were wondering if we could have a couple of Lions Members to help with directing the public and helping serve tea/coffee.
The meeting will be held at Hotel Armitage, The Washington Room, 9 Willow Street, Tauranga and will commence at 10.00 am and finish at 11.30 am when tea/coffee will be served.
It would be envisaged that if we could have 2 Lions members that if they arrived around 9-9.30 am to help direct the public that it would be of great assistance to us.
If you also have any publications or Lions meetings before our 29th March Public Meeting we would appreciate it being mentioned as an up and coming event to publicise as many people as possible to come.
I look forward to hearing from you whether your Club will be able to assist us on the day.
